OG Computers Return and Refund Policy

Items must be returned within 14 days, starting on the day the product is delivered.

Products must be in their original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Customized or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Software, digital downloads, and opened software packages.

Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Return Process:

Contact our customer support at info@og-pc.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package the item securely and include the original receipt and RMA number.

Ship items to the provided return address; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

4. Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
